Shipping Information: * Orders will be shipped within 2-3 of reception. Some alteration can take more time, in most cases you will be contacted of delays.

* Delays can also happen to to backorders or lack of stock, you will also be contacted in these cases.

* Orders can only be shipped to official CHP offices or locations not using an official address will cause delays to your order. If you require special shipping please call or email us after you order online.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

Returns/Exchanges may be made for up to 14 days after receiving of your order, this does however have limitiations:

* Custom tailored items - if a new item needed alterations or has been altered in a way that will make it difficult to resell, for example: really short inseams on pants or tapering of shirts etc. If you have any questions regarding this please call us or add your questions to your order.

* Items that show wear or have been used: Shoes that have been worn off carpet will show wear immediately, when trying on footwear remain on a carpeted surface until your sure of the fit. Shoes that show wear will not be accepted for returns or exchanges.

*Items missing original packaging and documentation will also not be accepted for returns/credit/exhanges/refunds.
